Hendrik Wüst, the state premier of North Rhine-Westphalia, visited the Humanoid Robots Lab at the University of Bonn. The Humanoid Robots Lab aims to integrate robots into human environments and involve them in their research for sustainable agriculture.

PhenoRob PI and head of the Humanoid Robots Lab Maren Bennewitz and her team welcomed the state premier of North Rhine-Westphalia. They gave him an insight into their current research and showed him several robots. These included, the three-armed sweet pepper harvesting robot HortiBot developed by the PhenoRob Cluster of Excellence and the project to train domestic robots in collaboration with the Lamarr Institute for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
