In this video, you`ll meet Anna Cord, a passionate Professor for Agro-Ecological Modeling at the University of Bonn. Anna’s research focuses on understanding and predicting biodiversity and its changes in agricultural landscapes. Her research projects include working closely with farmers to co-design agro-environmental measures to protect biodiversity, and improving biodiversity models by integrating novel biodiversity monitoring methods.

We are pleased to introduce Ana Meijide – Professor for Environment Modeling at the University of Bonn – in our latest episode of Faces of PhenoRob. Her research focuses on greenhouse gases and water fluxes from agricultural systems. The aim of her research is to quantify the water fluxes and understand the mechanisms responsible for the emissions. In this way, mitigation strategies can be developed and the climate impact of agriculture, such as PhenoRob technologies, can be better understood.
